Inspection

The first inspection on any air duct system come from the home owner, this is a visual inspection or changes on few factors. As a resident of any home there is few thing we have to watch for around our homes.
  • Accumulation of dirt in the supply or vents covers.
  • Any dark filtration lines in the carpets around the baseboards.
  • High amount of dust around the house.
  • If any new construction project have be done inside the house.
  • After a water or fire damage will build up sediment in the duct work.
A detail inspection can be done by one of our technicians with our video inspection system to get a accurate report.   
 

Cleaning 

Prior to our technician arrival we recommend to remove any breakables from any furniture in front of the supply and vent openings.
